I deliver the in person, virtual, and blended Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification course for corporations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions and governmental agencies. The certification course works to increase basic knowledge about mental health and practical skills on how best to notice and respond to mental health challenges and crises involving family members, friends, co-workers, students, customers and/or the general public. The interactive curriculum consists of a participant manual, videos, role plays, group discussions and a PowerPoint presentation.
